Managing stress was the topic I chosed. Its important because you learn how to controll it, to avoid it/prevent it, and you can plan ahead. Managing stress is related to health. You may ask why? Well because it can effect physically, mentally, and emotionally.
If you manage your stress you can manage your stress you can manage your time as well.
Activity: Divide paper into 7 columns for each day of the week. Whenever you feel stress write what your feeling and what you think is causing you to stress, and what you didnt finish. For example school. If you didnt finish something and you have to stay after school and that makes you mad makeing you to stress. Its basically going to be a tracking sheet. Then keep on doing it and see what you need to work on and how to prevent on what is makeing you stress.
The reason I chose this activity is because its realted to physical, mental, and emotional stress because in the tracking sheet it can be parents, school, or even your boyfriend/relationship that causes you to stress you write it down and improve it. So you learn how to manage stress and your time.
Im going to improve my health during the summer by working out, eating healthy, managing my stress and time. Ill improve eating healthy by eating: fruit, vitamins, vegetables, fiber, low fat food, and foods with less salt. By working out I can stay fit and be healthy. Managing stress i'll think before i act/responce to someone. I'll use the activity write down whats causing me to stress and managing my time will keep me healthy because I wont have to stress if I dont finish something.
